West Georgia Dialysis
For over 25 years, West Georgia
Dialysis has provided care to those in our community who need
dialysis. We have a multidisciplinary
team in place—nurses, social workers and dietitians—who
work with you and your physicians to make sure you receive the
precise care you need.
Conveniently located close to physicians and West Georgia
Medical Center at 104 Glen Bass Road in LaGrange, our
spacious 19,000-square-foot facility includes 33 stations. We
pride ourselves in helping our patients receive care
quickly so there is “no waiting.” And we
have all the amenities you want and expect. From remote
control televisions at each station to refreshments to
comfortable waiting rooms for your family and more, we
have all the bases covered. And most importantly,
our team is with you every step of the way. We are even
available after hours should you need us.
About Dialysis: Our kidneys help
cleanse our blood and remove waste and excess fluids. Unfortunately,
sometimes the kidneys do not work effectively, and it
is necessary to intervene with a treatment called dialysis. This
highly specialized treatment does the job of the kidneys
by pumping blood through special filters just as the
kidneys would do. The result is a life-saving treatment
that helps keep patients as healthy as possible. West
Georgia Dialysis is committed to providing the care dialysis
patients need in a comfortable and safe environment. |
