| Our Volunteer Organizations
In each week, each of us is blessed
with 168 hours –in which we make many
choices and thus create our lives. At West Georgia Health
System, hundreds of people have
found that by giving four of their 168 hours a week,
they have found a new richness in their personal lives.
Volunteers are a vital part of our health care system community. Reassuring the apprehensive patient, bringing a warm smile to a worried visitor, sharing hope, offering a helping hand – as a volunteer you can be of help in these and countless other gratifying ways.
The West Georgia Health
System Auxiliary and other volunteers provide valuable
services to the West Georgia Medical Center, Florence
Hand Home, Twin Fountains Home, and West Georgia
Dialysis patients,
staff and visitors.
