Visiting Hours
For the welfare of patients, it is important to observe visiting regulations. It is also essential to be as quiet as possible in a hospital because even minor noises disturb sick patients. Visiting hours for general medical and surgical units are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Critical care unit visiting hours are for 30 minute intervals which begin at the following times: 6 a.m., 9 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m., 8 p.m., and 10 p.m. If a family is needed between visiting hours, a nurse will call the waiting room. |
