is pleased to announce we are now accepting online
orders.
You can purchase a gift online
to be delivered to a patient staying at West Georgia
Health
System.
WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE HOSPITAL. Our
online selection includes a variety of gifts appropriate
for patients of all ages.
For your convenience,
you can place orders for gifts and flowers online
24 hours a day. Gifts
will be
delivered to patients at West Georgia Health
System Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3:30
p.m.
Gifts ordered online will only be delivered during
these
times. Orders received after 3:30 p.m. on Friday,
and orders received Saturday and Sunday will
be delivered on Monday. Orders received Monday
through
Thursday
after 3:30 p.m. will be delivered the following
morning after 9 a.m. Orders received on holidays
will be
delivered the following business day after 9
a.m.
We also accept phone orders
during regular business hours. Expressions from
the Heart is open
Monday
through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.;
Saturday 10
a.m. to 5 p.m.
and Sunday 1 to 5 p.m. To place an order by
phone, please call 1-706-845-3718.
All online and phone orders must be a minimum
of $5. You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, American
Express
or Discover.
Please note we cannot deliver plants or flowers
to patients in the Intensive Care Unit. Also, we cannot deliver plants or flowers to Hospice patients.
If you send a gift to a patient who has either
been discharged from the hospital or cannot
receive a
gift because of the unit to which they are
assigned, we will notify you by email and reverse
all charges
to your account.
